The bidder should have experience in civil engineering constructions, with a total value of work performed in the last five years. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last five years, with a minimum value of Rs. 50 lakhs. The bidder should have experience in executing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The works may have been executed by the applicant as prime contractor or as a member of a joint venture or as a nominated sub-contractor. The bidder should provide information on the quantities of work executed as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor in the last five years, including Cement Concrete, Masonry, Earth Works, and Bituminous Work. The bidder should also provide information on the value of contracts completed, with a minimum value of Rs. 15 lakhs to Rs. 50 lakhs, depending on the type of work. The substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission.
