The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar work, such as cement concrete, masonry, earthworks, and bituminous work. The bidder should provide information on the quantity of work performed and the value of similar works completed. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of highway (road and/or bridge works) or airport runway of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of the annual value of the contract applied for in any one year over the last five years. The bidder is also required to provide an undertaking to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract.
