Description Scope Of Works: 1. Contractors Shall Re-produce The Design Drawings As Used In The Boq Estimate In A Minimum 20" X 30" Size Blueprint Before Commencement Of Construction Activity. 2. Contractor Shall Produce Gantt Chart Capable Of Critical Path Method Calculation Indicating Execution Of Scope Of Works Per Area. 3. Furnishing Materials As Per Boq And Design Drawing 4. Installation Of Weldable Stainless Steel Ss-304 Pipes & Tubings To Extend Railings As Per Design Drawing 5. Repainting & Restoration Works 6. Supply & Installation Of Overhead Safety Nets And Barricades 7. Provide As-built Drawings In 20" X 30" Size. Prospective Bidders Should Have Experience In Undertaking A Similar Project With An Amount Of At Least 50% Of The Proposed Project For Bidding And Have Key Personnel And Equipment (owned, Leased Or Under Purchase) Available For The Prosecution Of The Project. The Eligibility Check/ Screening As Well As The Preliminary Examination Of Bids Shall Use Pass/ Fail Criteria.
