Bid Documents Will Be Available Online But Only Those Who Have Paid The Non-refundable Amount Of Php 5,000.00 Bid Documents Fee At The Rtu Cashier Can Submit Their Proposal. However, For Those Bidders Who Have Bought The Bidding Documents In The Previous Bidding For This Project Are Exempted To Pay For The Bidding Documents.
