All Bids Must Be Submitted Before The Prescribed Time. All Queries Regarding The Project Should Be Addressed To The Bac In The Abovementioned Email Address. Bid Documents Will Be Available Online But Only Those Who Paid The Non-refundable Amount Of Php 5,000.00 Bid Documents Fee At The Rtu Cashier Can Submit Their Proposal. However, For Those Bidders Who Have Bought The Bidding Documents In The Previous Bidding For This Project Are Exempted To Pay For The Bidding Documents. Rtu Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Bid, To Declare The Bidding A Failure, Not To Award The Contract, To Annul The Bidding Process And To Reject All Bids Prior To Contract Award Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidders.
