Contract notice: personal assistance and other services provided at home and professional personal assistance and other services provided at home The city of riihimäkis social and health service is requesting your offer of personal assistance in accordance with the disability services act for the needs of the customers of the city of riihimäki, the municipality of hausjärvi and the municipality. the procurement includes personal assistance services in accordance with the tender documents. the procurement is divided into two sub-assemblies: sub-assembly 1: personal assistance and other home-based services sub-assembly 2: professional personal assistance and professional other home-based services.See a more detailed description of the subject of the procurement in annex 1. service provider.Tender may offer either sub-assembly 1, sub-assembly 2 or both. the tenderer may not submit partial tenders within the sub-assemblies. the procurement is based on an open procedure. the customers of the framework agreement and the procurement for the period of the agreement concern the future new customers of the local loops and the existing customers covered by the services to the extent that they are now in the service of the service providers selected on the basis of this tender. existing customers of services under this agreement that are in the service of non-selective service providers shall switch to the services of the selected service providers based on customer-specific assessments made by the subscribers. the customer has the option of continuing with his current service provider if the service meets the customers service needs and is in his best interests. the actual contract period is two (2) years. the contract can be extended after the actual contract period by a maximum of two (2) option years (1 year + 1 year). the planned start date of the contract period is 1.8.2022.
