The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, specifically in river and road embankment protection, anti-erosion works, or ecological and environmental restoration works. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works during the last five years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost The bidder must provide information on similar works executed/completed during the last 5 years, including details such as the name of the work, allotment/award number and date, name and address of the client, contract value, date of award and completion, and actual completion cost. Only works completed within the stipulated project timelines will be considered for evaluation, and delayed projects due to contractor fault will be disqualified. The bidder must also have an average annual financial turnover of at least 30% of the estimated cost of the tender during the last three consecutive financial years.
