Tenders are invited for Services for refilling toner cartridges for copiers and peripherals for the needs of RDSP - Kyustendil and DSP on the territory of Kyustendil district. 1. Loading, respectively recycling, of toner cartridges for copiers and peripherals, including the following activities: - removal of residual toner; - cleaning the cartridge components; - control of the electrical contacts in the cassettes; - replacement and programming of toner cartridge chips, which have such; - refilling with toner; - testing of the loaded cassette, certified with an attached test page; 2. Providing subsequent technical support and advising the client on how to operate the toner cartridges, their components, refill frequency and print quality; 3. Provide a guarantee for loaded or recycled toner cartridges for printing the minimum number of pages specified by the manufacturer in the technical specification of the respective device. The guarantee for the operability of the loaded toner cartridge, expressed in the number of printed sheets at a refill of 5%.
