The required prior work experience for the bidder is experience in works of a similar nature and required size for any of the last five years. The bidder should provide details of works underway or contractually committed. The bidder should have completed works as a prime contractor, and work performed in the past as a nominated sub-contractor will also be considered, provided the sub-contract involved execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. The value of work performed in the last five years is required, excluding the current year, with specific years mentioned: 2023-2024, 2022-2023, 2021-2022, 2020-2021, and 2019-2020. The bidder should upload scanned copies of certificates showing details of similar nature of works executed and provide an Annual Turnover Certificate from a Chartered Accountant for the last five financial years, with a breakup of construction works and total works for each financial year.
