The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The value of a completed work for a member in an earlier joint venture shall be reckoned only to the extent of the concerned member's share in that JV. In case of subletting work, the subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. The required prior work experience for the bidder can be demonstrated through work experience certificates issued by any Government Organisation or a Public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years, excluding the current financial year. The value of the final bill (gross amount), including the PVC amount (if paid), shall be considered as the completion cost of work. In case the final bill is pending, only the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount (if paid), shall be considered as the completion cost of work. The total approximate value of work is ₹ 9224252.80 and ₹ 64247.50 for two different schedules. The bidder must have a minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less, where V is the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of work. For substantially completed work, payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor, and no proceedings of termination of contract on Contractor’s default has been initiated.
