Tenders are invited for dynamic procurement system for cleaning machines and equipment (dps) The city of raahe city procurement services to set up a dynamic procurement system (later dps) within which a subscriber has been able to compensate for cleaning machinery and equipment to compensate for a subscriber with a purchase or leasing process. in the first phase, the dynamic procurement system is set up in accordance with the provisions of a restricted procedure. in the second phase, the subscriber makes the dynamic purchasing system for internal competitions (mini competitions) among the associated candidates. through this dynamic purchasing system, the city of raahe city cleaning services acquires cleaning machines and equipment. procurement may also participate in the group~s group companies in raahe and the members of the procurement sector. the dynamic procurement system is valid for 48 months unless the contracting entity abnivers or extend the duration of the dynamic purchasing system. the city of raahe reserves the opportunity to close the dps temporarily, eg at holidays, if public procurement legislation allows it to be allowed to participate in the operations throughout its duration. the city of the city of raahe city cleaning services approves all applicants submitted by the participation application to the dps that meet the applicant~s suitability requirements. the claim requirements are described in the section "other conditions of tenders". raahe city units implement acquisitions among dps suppliers with internal competitions (mini-clubs). mini competitions will be implemented step by step after the end of the contracts, either on target or in different entities in accordance with the needs and objectives of the customers.
