Description The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (hsac), Through The Republic Act No. 11975, Otherwise Known As The Fy 2024 General Appropriations Act , Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ten Million Three Hundred Thirty-three Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (php 10,333,200.00) Being The Total Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Information, Communications, And Technology (ict) Equipment And Peripherals For The Hsac Central Office With Project Reference No.: Ib-co-24-003 Consisting Of Five (5) Lots, As Follows: Lot 1 - Multimedia Computing Equipment Abc - Php 270,000.00 Lot 2 - Computing Equipment & Peripherals Abc - Php 7,543,200.00 Lot 3 - Printing Equipment Abc - Php 1,395,000.00 Lot 4 - Scanning Equipment Abc - 1,000,000.00 Lot 5 - Attendance Equipment Abc - 125,000.00 Total Abc - Php 10,333,200.00, Inclusive Of Vat And All Other Applicable Government Taxes And Fees Evaluation And Contract Award Will Be Undertaken On A Per-lot Basis. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Hsac Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within The Period Specified In Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements) Of The Bidding Documents. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183.
