Description The Human Settlements Adjudication Commission (hsac), Through The National Expenditure Program For Fy 2025, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Three Hundred Eighty-five Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-four Pesos (₱3,385,834.00), Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), Inclusive Of All Government Taxes And Fees, Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Janitorial Services For The Hsac Central Office And Rab Ncr For Cy 2025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For The Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid-opening. This Is An Early Procurement Activity (epa) Of The Hsac For Fy 2025. This Procurement Requirement Shall Be Governed By The Laws, Rules, And Regulations And Procedures Under Appendix 31 (guidelines On The Implementation Of Epa Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. The Hsac Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Service Is Required As Specified In Section Vi (schedule Of Requirements) Of The Bidding Documents. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Within Two (2) Years Prior To The Deadline For The Submission And Receipt Of Bids. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (r.a.)
