The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed similar works in the last five years. The bidder should have completed one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover equal to 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last three financial years. The bidder is also required to provide information on their experience in similar works, including the identification number of the contract, name of the contract, location of the works, type of works, and country, as well as the value of the total contract, date of award, date of completion, and contract duration. For works up to Rs. 5.00 Crores, the bidder should have a valid enlistment with the appropriate Class and Category of work. The bidder should also provide an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of the work during implementation. The assessed available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years. The specific values and percentages of similar works completed that are required include 80% and 50% and 40% of the estimated cost of work, and 40% of the estimated cost of work for average annual turnover.
