The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed, in the last five years, one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of work, or two similar works each of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work. Additionally, specific roles require the following experience: 1. Project/Work Manager: BE (Civil) with at least 2 years of experience. 2. Site Engineer: BE (Civil) or BE (Elect.) or Diploma (Civil/Elect.) with at least 2 years of experience. 3. Quality Control Engineer: B.E. (Civil) or Dip. (Civil) with at least 2 years of experience. The bidder should also provide a list of similar works completed during previous years, with details including the name of the work, estimated cost, date of start, and date of completion, supported by performance certificates. The bidder is required to undertake that they will be able to invest a minimum cash of up to 25% of the contract value of the work during implementation. The values of works can be updated to current price levels by enhancing the value of executed works at the rate given in the Bid Data Sheet.
