The bidder should have satisfactorily completed one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost, or two similar works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work, or three similar works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work, within the previous 5 years, as a prime contractor or as a nominated subcontractor. The similar works should have been completed with a value that can be enhanced at a simple rate of 8% per annum. Additionally, the bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total value of their financial bid for works above 1.00 Crore. The bidder should also have invested a minimum cash amount of up to 25% of the contract value of the work during implementation. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover equal to 40% of the estimated cost of work in any one of the last five financial years.
