Description Invitation To Bid For The Proposed 600mm Ø Transmission Line (from Lapu-lapu Wtp To Infiltration Gallery [infra-2024-010] 1. The Government Of The Philippines, Through The Puerto Princesa City Water District Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nineteen Million Six Hundred Twenty-one Thousand One Hundred Eight Pesos And 17/100 (₱19,621,108.17) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Proposed 600mm Ø Transmission Line (from Lapu-lapu Wtp To Infiltration Gallery [infra-2024-010]. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Award Of The Contract Is Subject To The Availability Of Fund Upon Loan Approval And Compliance Of Other Conditions Required By The Bank. The Bidders, Therefore, Are Herewith Informed Of The Following: A. Interested Bidders Are Invited/requested To Submit Their Bid Proposals Based On This Invitation To Bid And The Bidding Documents; B. The Puerto Princesa City Water District Will Evaluate The Bid Proposal And Determine The Winning Bidder. The Financial Bid Proposal Of The Winning Bidder Will Be The Contract Price/amount Which Is Considered Fixed Price. However The Notice Of Award (noa) Will Only Be Issued Upon Loan Approval And Compliance Of Other Conditions Required By The Bank; C. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
