Contract notice: The purpose of this consultation is a scheduling, piloting and planning (opc) mission for the rehabilitation of the grande nave on the island of vannes and its annex building "a", located in l~ile-saint-denis ( 93) the opc mission covers: - the analysis of the final preliminary design; - the dce and act phases; - the preparation period phase; - the works execution phase; - the delivery phase of works and year of perfect completion the detailed content of the opc mission is described in the special technical clauses (cctp) attached to the consultation file. Main features: In accordance with article r. 2113-4 of the public order code, the contract includes a firm phase and an optional phase: - firm phase: opc mission on the basic and additional programs of the rehabilitation operation (which are currently under validation) for the apd phase as well as on the basic program only for the other phases of the operation; - optional phase: opc mission on the additional program for all the phases of the operation except apd (treated in a firm phase). This slicing is modeled on the master project framework agreement. If the additional program is selected, the optional phase will be strengthened by service order issued by the contracting authority. It will then be a question of carrying out the same missions and within the same deadlines, but over a wider scope.
