Contract notice: The purpose of this consultation is a project management mission for a design and monitoring operation of a link buried under rue francis de pressensé in st ouen sur seine. In accordance with article r. 2113-4 of the public order code, the contract includes a firm phase and an optional phase. The mission entrusted to the project manager is broken down as follows: - firm phase: mission of control of work within the meaning of article r. 2431-4 of the code of public procurement (diag, esq, avp, pro, dce, act, visa, det, aor and gpa) and additional missions detailed in the cctp (administrative mission and assistance, environmental mission and technical missions) .- optional phase: opc mission. Deadline for receipt of tenders: 09/15/2020 at 12h00 Minimum period of bid validity: 6 months Award criteria: Economically most advantageous tender assessed according to the criteria set out in the specifications (consultation rules, invitation letter or descriptive document).
