The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in various fields of civil engineering construction. The bidder is required to provide details of their experience in these areas, including the contract identification, award date, completion date, role in the contract, total contract amount, and percentage of participation in the total contract amount. The bidder must have experience in civil construction works for development of 2 or more lane roads and a major RCC bridge of length not less than 60m. The bidder should have completed at least two similar works, each of value INR 48.5 crore, or a single similar work of value INR 60.6 crore. The values and percentages of similar works completed are: - INR 60.6 crore for a single similar work - INR 48.5 crore for each of at least two similar works - 80% or more works completed under the contract for substantial completion - 30% and 60% of the requirement for Joint Venture members. The bidder must also demonstrate experience in similar works, including: - GSB, WMM: 8,290 cum - BM, SDBC, DBM, BC: 1,891 cum - RCC M20 or above: 3,485 cum The required prior work experience for various positions is as follows: 1. Project Manager: 15 years 2. Highway Engineer cum Deputy Project Manager: 10 years 3. Material cum Quality control Engineer: 10 years 4. Bridge/Structural Engineer: 8 years 5. Quantity Surveyor cum Planning Engineer: 8 years 6. Survey Engineer: 7 years 7. Environmental, Social, Health and Safety expert: 8 years Average Annual Construction Turnover of INR 60.6 crore is also required, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress and/or completed within the last five years, divided by five years.
