The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed single running projects that are similar in nature to the intended job, with a completion percentage of at least 80% (or 75% in case of 2nd Call, 70% in case of 3rd Call). The value of these similar works should not be less than 40% (or 30% in case of 2nd Call, 20% in case of 3rd Call) of the estimated amount put to tender of the intended job. For 2 Pnd P Call of NIeT, the bidder should produce credentials of: - A similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Alternatively, producing credentials of 2 similar nature of completed work, each of the minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Or, producing credentials of one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 75% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at 30% of the estimated amount. For 3 Prd P Call of NIeT, the bidder should produce credentials of: - A similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 20% of the estimated amount during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Alternatively, producing credentials of one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 70% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at 20% of the estimated amount. Additionally, for bridge works, the agency must have minimum experience in any of the following key activities during the last 7 financial years, including completing a new bridge project or a new Elevated carriageway / Fly over with specific structural requirements. A relaxation of 2 years in credential criteria is allowed due to the Covid pandemic.
