Public Works Roads Department Tender

The bidder is required to have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. They should have completed similar work(s) with a value of not less than 1/3rd of the estimated value, and the work should be at least 90% completed. The bidder should have executed works with a minimum quantity of 40% of the estimated quantity. They should also have a minimum annual financial turnover of 60% or 75% of the estimated cost, depending on the work value. The cost of completed works of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year based on rupee value to bring them to the present price level. Additionally, the bidder should have access to or availability of credit facilities of not less than 10% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also undertake that they will be able to invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the contract value of work during the implementation of the work.
