The bidder is required to have certain prior work experience. For the position of Project Manager, the bidder should have 5 to 7 years of experience. For the position of Site Engineer, the bidder should have 3 years of experience with a B.E. in Civil Engineering or 5 years of experience with a Diploma in Civil Engineering. For the position of Plant Engineer, the bidder should have 3 years of experience with a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or 7 years of experience with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. For the position of Quantity Surveyor and Soil & Material Engineer, the bidder should have 3 years of experience with a B.E. in Civil Engineering or 7 years of experience with a Diploma in Civil Engineering. The bidder should have completed similar work of value not less than 1/3 (one third) of the total estimated cost of work, with at least 90% of the contract value completed. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover equivalent to 60% or 75% of the total estimated cost of work, depending on the bid amount. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least 40% of the estimated quantity of major items of works in any one year. The value of similar works completed should be at least 1/3 of the total estimated cost, and the percentage of completion should be at least 90%. The amount for minimum annual financial turnover is 60% or 75% of the total estimated cost, which is Rs. 200 lakhs or more.
