The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completed projects that are similar in nature to the works, with specific percentages of the project cost executed during the last five years. The bidder should have completed projects with more than 40% of the project cost executed, or a single running project which is similar in nature to the intended job and completed to the extent of 80% or more, with the value of which is not less than 40% of the estimated amount put to tender of the intended job. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed at least one similar nature of work under the authority of State/Central Gov., with a magnitude of more than 40% of the estimated amount put to tender of the intended job, or at least two similar nature of works with a magnitude of at least 30% of the estimated amount put to tender of the intended job. The values and percentages mentioned are: - 40% of the project cost - 30% in case of 2nd Call - 20% in case of 3rd Call - 80% or more completion of a single running project - 75% in case of 2nd Call for a single running project - 70% in case of 3rd Call for a single running project - 40% of the estimated amount put to tender of the intended job for a single running project - 30% of the estimated amount put to tender of the intended job for two similar works - 25% in case of 2nd Call for two similar works. The bidder's experience profile, including the name of the firm and details of executed work, should be provided, along with a table containing the value of engineering works in respect to projects undertaken during the last 5 years. The bidder should also provide a table containing the value of all existing commitments and ongoing workings to be completed during the next few years.
