The bidder is required to have prior work experience in projects similar in nature to the works, with more than 40% of the project cost executed during the last five years. For single running projects, the bidder should have completed to the extent of 80% or more, with a value not less than 40% of the estimated amount put to tender of the intended job. The required prior work experience includes: - More than 40% of the project cost executed during the last five years - 80% or more completion of single running projects, with a value not less than 40% of the estimated amount put to tender - Alternatively, completion of at least two similar nature of works with each having a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender - Or, completion of at least one single running similar nature of work which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more, with a value not less than 40% of the estimated amount put to tender The values and percentages mentioned are: - 40% of the project cost - 80% or more completion of single running projects - 40% of the estimated amount put to tender - 30% of the estimated amount put to tender (in case of two similar works) - 7 years extension of the credential validity period due to the Covid Pandemic.
