The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one similar work of value not less than one third of the estimated cost of the work, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. The bidder should have executed in any one year, the minimum quantities of major items of work, usually not less than 40% of the estimated quantity. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years and should have completed a similar work with a value of not less than one third of the estimated cost of work. The bidder should demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts. The bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover of 67% of the estimate cost of the package in any one year. The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor in the last five years, involving execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. The bidder needs to provide information on the quantities of work performed in the past and the total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the years 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024, in Rs. Lakhs. The bidder should have access to or availability of credit facilities of a minimum of 10% of the notified contract value and undertake to invest a minimum of 25% of the value of the work during the implementation of the contract. The bidder is required to have completed similar nature of work in the last 5 years, with a certificate of similar nature of work done and a certificate of executed quantities of work done in the last 5 years. The bidder needs to provide an undertaking for investment of minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work and have credit facilities of at least 10% of the notified contract value.
