To be eligible, prospective bidders must meet one of the following criteria regarding prior work experience within the five years before the tender notice date: * Completed work of a similar nature totaling at least Rs. 1,10,082.00 (60% of the estimated tender amount). * Completed two similar works, each valued at a minimum of Rs. 73,388.00 (40% of the estimated tender amount). * Completed 80% or more of a single similar ongoing project with a value not less than Rs. 1,10,082.00 (60% of the estimated tender amount). For ongoing projects, a certificate of satisfactory progress and the absence of any penal action from the relevant Executive Engineer or equivalent authority is required. Payment certificates are not considered valid credentials. Credentials must be issued by a competent authority of a State/Central Government, State/Central Government undertaking, or Statutory/Autonomous body. The credential certificate must include the estimated/executed amount, project completion date, and client's contact information.
