The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in civil engineering construction works, with details of work done and quantities executed during the last five years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar types of work during the last five years. Specific requirements for similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar type of work having work-wise cost of each work not less than 40% of the tender cost at price level 2024-25, which is Rs. 261.82 Lakhs x 3 works. - Two similar type of work having work-wise cost of each work not less than 50% of the tender cost at price level 2024-25, which is Rs. 327.28 Lakhs x 2 works. - One similar type of work having work-wise cost of work not less than 80% of the tender cost at price level 2024-25, which is Rs. 523.65 Lakhs x 1 work. The bidder should also have achieved a maximum annual financial turnover of not less than 75% of the annual cost of the work in the last five years, with a maximum annual financial turnover of Rs. 327.28 Lakhs. Additionally, the quantities of items should not exceed the tender quantity by more than 25%, and the value of the excess quantity beyond this limit should not be more than Rs. 5000/- at the rate of the item specified in the tender.
