The bidder is required to have prior work experience in executing similar works. The details of the experience are to be furnished in a specific format, including the name of the person, designation, qualification, whether working in the field or office, professional experience of execution of similar works, and the period for which the person is working with the tenderer. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed during the last five years as a prime contractor of at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the amount put to tender or at least two similar works of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender or at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the amount put to tender at 2024-25 price level. CC M – 10 & ABOVE - 345.000 CUM 4. ALL TYPES OF BRICK MASONRY - 86.000 CUM 5. WBM / GSB - 425.000 CUM These quantities are approximately 30% of the tendered quantity. The bidder should also have achieved a maximum annual financial turnover during any of the last five years (in all classes of civil engineering construction work only) of value not less than ` 316.00 lakhs in any one year.
