The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: i) Experience of having successfully 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders: a. Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.288.74 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project OR b. Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.360.925 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project OR c. One similar work costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at simple rate of 7% per annum; calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids. The bidder should have completed similar works during the last 7 years, with the following requirements: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.288.74 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.360.925 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.721.85 L. The percentages of similar works completed are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The amounts are Rs.288.74 L (40%), Rs.360.925 L (50%), and Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project.
