The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.721.85 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.1154.96 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.1443.70 L. The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have experience of having successfully 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years. Similar Work means “Project Comprising Civil Constructions works of any Multistoried RCC Framed Structure above Ground level (Basement will not be counted as storey) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, Firefighting, Lifts etc. under Central Govt. / State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country executed under one agreement. The bidder needs to submit supporting documents for calculation of existing commitments and ongoing works, which includes information such as the cost of work, date of start, date of completion, work done, and balance work. The bidding capacity of the contractor should be equal to or more than the estimated cost of the work put to tender. The bidder should also submit a certificate of financial turnover from a Chartered Accountant and a solvency certificate from a scheduled bank. The bidder should have a minimum solvency of Rs. 577.48 L (40% of the estimated cost put to tender) or a Net-worth certificate of minimum Rs. 144.37 L (10% of the estimated cost put to tender). The bidder is required to have completed similar nature of works during the last seven years ending the previous day of the last date of submission of tender. The bidder needs to submit a list of eligible similar nature of works completed. If private works are shown in support of eligibility, a certified copy of the tax deducted at source certificate (TDS) shall be submitted along with the experience certificate.
