The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works during the last 5 years ending last day of submission of tender. The bidder should have experience in construction of Residential/ Non-Residential/ Institutional / Non- Industrial building Project(s) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, firefighting, lifts etc. The bidder should have completed: - Three similar completed works, each cost not less than 40% of the Estimated cost put to tender, - Or two similar completed works, each cost not less than 60% of the Estimated cost put to tender, - Or one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, the bidder's experience will be considered if it is not less than 30 per cent of the qualifying criteria. The bidder should also have executed similar electrical works under Govt./Semi Govt./ PSU etc. for a minimum amount of 40% of electrification works in a single job, and similar Fire-fighting works under Govt./Semi Govt./ PSU etc. for a minimum amount of 40% of the works in a single job. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 2,33,94,317.00, and the bidder is required to have a minimum of 10% of this amount as credit facilities, which is Rs. 23,39,431.70. The bidder is also required to invest a minimum of 25% of the contract value, which is Rs. 58,48,582.92. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual executed value of work at a simple interest rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have a solvency of minimum 40% of the estimate cost put to tender, or a Net-worth certificate of minimum 10% of the Estimate cost put to tender. The bidder should demonstrate availability of key and critical equipment for this work, and availability of personnel with adequate experience as required. The bidder should also have liquid assets and/or credit facilities of not less than the amount indicated. The assessed available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed during the last 5 years, taking into account completed as well as works in progress. The calculation will also consider the number of years prescribed for completion of the works and the value of existing commitments and ongoing works. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total bid value, with the assessed available bid capacity calculated as (A X N X 2 - B), where A is the maximum value of civil engineering works executed during the last 5 years, N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works. The joint venture partner proposed to provide financial strength should commit to providing liquidity support to the project to the extent of 20 percent of the value of the contract.
