The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing similar works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.8,04,13,600 (40% of the estimated cost of the project) - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 12,06,20,400 (60% of the estimated cost of the project) - One similar work costing not less than Rs.16,08,27,200 (80% of the estimated cost of the project) Additionally, the bidder should have completed works with specific requirements, including: 1. 25% of Total work in Financial Terms, with a time frame of 5 months, and a percentage of 1.00%. 2. 50% of Total work in Financial Terms, with a time frame of 9 months, and a percentage of 1.00%. 3. 75% of Total work in Financial Terms, with a time frame of 12 months, and a percentage of 1.00%. 4. 90% of Total work in Financial Terms, with a time frame of 16 months, and a percentage of 1.75%. The bidder should also have completed all civil, electrical, mechanical, and horticulture work in residential and non-residential buildings, with services, clearances, and completion certificates, within 18 months, and a percentage of 1.00%. The bidder should have an average performance rating of at least 50% in each section, including section 10.0 EXPERIENCES IN WORKS HIGHLIGHTING EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR WORKS, and an aggregate rating of at least 60%. The bidder should have a minimum turnover of not less than 40% of the estimated cost in similar works completed during the last Seven years. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of not less than 40% of the estimated cost, and should have an average performance rating of at least 50% in each section, including section 10.0 EXPERIENCES IN WORKS HIGHLIGHTING EXPERIENCE IN SIMILAR WORKS, and an aggregate rating of at least 60%. The bidder should have a bidding capacity of not less than 40% of the estimated cost, calculated based on the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last five years, the number of years prescribed for completion of work, and the value of existing commitments and ongoing works. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have completed works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost, and works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost.
