The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works should meet one of the following conditions: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs.288.74 L - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs.360.925 L - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project, which is Rs.577.48 L The estimated cost of the project is Rs.721.85 L. The bidder should have experience in similar class of work, with evaluation criteria based on the provided details of similar works completed. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder's experience and performance will be evaluated based on the provided criteria, including time overrun and quality of work. A minimum of 50% marks in each section and 60% marks in aggregate is required to become eligible for shortlisting. The bidding capacity is calculated using a formula that considers the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last five years.
