The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.288.74 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.360.925 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have experience in similar nature of work, specifically in civil constructions works of any multistoried RCC Framed Structure above Ground level, including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, Firefighting, Lifts etc. The evaluation criteria for technical qualification include experience in eligible similar nature of work during last Seven years, with a maximum of 20 marks. The bidder must secure at least fifty percent marks in each section, including experience, and sixty percent marks in aggregate. The bidder should furnish a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last Seven years, along with performance reports. The average value of performance of works for time overrun and quality shall be taken on the basis of performance report of the eligible similar works. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value that can be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should submit details of eligible similar nature of works completed during the last seven years, including name of work/project and location, owner or sponsoring organization, cost of work in Rs. in Crores, date of commencement as per contract, stipulated date of completion, actual date of completion, and other relevant information. The bidder must certify that the list of works is complete, no work has been left out, and the information given is correct to their knowledge and belief. The bidder should have satisfactorily 100% completed the works under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country as mentioned below during the last 7 (Seven) years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - 100% completion of similar works - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project (Rs.288.74 L) - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project (Rs.360.925 L) - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project (Rs.577.48 L)
