The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works with specific values and percentages of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have completed: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.288.74 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.360.925 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs.360.925 L (50% of the estimated cost put to tender) on construction works during the last three consecutive years. The bidder's experience in eligible similar nature of work will be evaluated by scoring method with a maximum of 20 marks. The similar works should be "Project Comprising Civil Constructions works of any Multistoried RCC Framed Structure above Ground level (Basement will not be counted as storey) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, Firefighting, Lifts etc. under Central Govt./ State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country". The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should furnish a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last Seven years.
