For similar works, the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years. The options for similar works are:
i) Three similar works each costing not less than Rs 2,36,97,143.00 (40% of the estimated cost put to tender)
ii) Two similar works each costing not less than Rs 3,55,45,714.00 (60% of the estimated cost put to tender)
iii) One similar work costing not less than Rs 4,73,94,286.00 (80% of the estimated cost put to tender) The bidder should also have executed similar electrical works under Govt./Semi Govt./ PSU etc. for a minimum amount of 40% of electrification works. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average annual financial turnover of 30% of the estimated cost put to tender on construction works during the last five consecutive years. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last seven years. The bidder should also provide proposals for sub-contracting components of the works amounting to more than 10% of the Bid Price. The bidder should have access to a line of credit and other financial resources facilities (10% of Contract Value), certified by the Bankers. The bidder should also undertake to invest a minimum cash of 25% of the contract value of work during implementation. For specific positions, the experience requirements are:
