The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt. / State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 5 years. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works, specifically: * Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.80.00 Lakh (40% of the estimated cost of the project) * OR two similar works each costing not less than Rs.120.00 Lakh (60% of the estimated cost of the project) * OR one similar work costing not less than Rs.160.00 Lakh (80% of the estimated cost of the project) The bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs.160.00 Lakh in any one year of the last five years, with a completion rate of at least 90% of the contract value as a prime contractor. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum annual financial turnover of at least Rs.100.00 Lakh (Rupees One Crore), which is 50% of the estimated cost of the project, calculated as an average of the last five years. The total monetary value of construction work performed during each of the last five years should be provided, along with details of works underway or contractually committed. The bidder should also provide information on the quantities of work executed, including quantities of cement concrete, brick work, and steel reinforcement, for each year of the last five years.
