The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.2,37,94,940.00 (50%) of the estimated cost of the project. - One similar work costing not less than Rs.3,80,71,900.00 (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. Alternatively, the bidder can also meet the requirements with: i. Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.1,90,35,950.00 (40%) of the estimated cost of the project OR ii. Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.2,37,94,940.00 (50%) of the estimated cost of the project. OR iii. One similar work costing not less than Rs.3,80,71,900.00 (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed works under Central Govt. / State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country during the last 7 years. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids. The available bid capacity should be more than the total bid value, which is Rs.4,75,89,879.00, calculated as Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A X N X 2 - B).
