The bidder should have experience in eligible similar nature of work during the last seven years. The experience will be evaluated by scoring method, with a maximum of 20 marks. The bidder should furnish a list of all works of similar nature successfully completed during the last seven years. The evaluation for experience is as follows: - 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria - 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more - In between (i) & (ii)- on pro-rata basis The bidder should have experience in similar class of work, which means "Project Comprising Civil Constructions works of any Multistoried RCC Framed Structure above Ground level (Basement will not be counted as storey) including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, Firefighting, Lifts etc. under Central Govt. / State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country executed under one agreement." The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at simple rate of 7% per annum; calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids. In FORM ‘C’, the bidder needs to provide details of all works of similar class completed during the last seven years, including the name of work, location, owner, gross amount, and dates of commencement and completion.
