The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works can be: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 377.10565 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 471.38206 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs. 754.21130 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. Similar work is defined as a project comprising civil constructions works of any multistoried RCC framed structure above ground level, including finishing works, water supply, drainage & sanitary installations, electrical works, firefighting, lifts, etc. under Central Govt. / State Govt. organization/ Central Public Sector Undertaking within the country executed under one agreement. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bids.
