This Request For Supply Arrangements (rfsa) Will Establish A List Of Qualified Contractors By Streams Based On The Equipment Proposed And The Vessel Coating. The Requirement Is Subject To The Provisions Of The World Trade Organization Agreement On Government Procurement (wto-agp), The Comprehensive And Progressive Agreement For Trans-pacific Partnership (cptpp), The Canada-european Union Comprehensive Economic And Trade Agreement (ceta), And The Canadian Free Trade Agreement (cfta). The Bid Solicitation Of Any Resulting Supply Arrangement May Be Subject To Different Trade Agreements Depending On The Identified User For Whom The Procurement Is Conducted. The Request For Supply Arrangements (rfsa) Is To Establish Supply Arrangements For The Delivery Of The Requirement Detailed In The Rfsa To The Identified Users Across Canada, Including Areas Subject To Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (clcas).
