This Request For Proposals (the “rfp”) Is An Invitation By The Government Of Manitoba (“manitoba”), As Represented By The Department Of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning And Delivery (“cppd”) On Behalf Of The Owner Of The Project, Manitoba Housing And Renewal Corporation (“owner”) To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Exterior And Site Works As Further Described In Section 1 Of The Rfp Particulars (appendix 3) (the “work”). The Work Is Being Done In A Two-storey Residential Buildings Located At 158/160/162 And 293/295 Austin Street North, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Work Site Locations Will Be Occupied During Construction. Cppd Is Administering This Rfp Process. Failure To Adhere To This Rule May Result In The Disqualification Of The Proponent And The Rejection Of The Proponent’s Proposal. An Optional Site Visit Has Been Scheduled As Follows: Location: 293/295 Austin Street North, Winnipeg, Mb Date And Time: January 9, 2025, At 10:00 Am Local Time Proponents Are To Meet At The Main Entrance Of 293/295 Austin Street North Prior To 10:00 Am To Sign The Site Attendance Sheet. Proponents Are To Pre-register By Email To The Project Manager At Arly.samson@gov.mb.ca. It Is The Proponents Responsibility To Ensure Registration And Confirmation Has Been Received Prior To The Meeting. Proponents Should Register For The Site Visit By 4:00 Pm Of January 8, 2025. Attendance At The Site Visit Will Be Confirmed And Recorded. If Proponents Are Not Available To Attend The Above Scheduled Optional Site Visit, But Still Wish To View The Site, An Appointment May Be Arranged By Contacting The Rfp Contact. Proponents Are Not Entitled To Rely On Information Received From Cppd, The Owner’s Representatives Or Other Third Parties At The Site Visit Unless The Rfp Contact Has Provided The Information In Writing.
