The bidder should have successfully completed civil work(s) valuing not less than Rs. 272.04 Lakh (30% of the estimated cost including GST) in any one year during the last 5 years. The completed civil work must cover at least one Drinking water Treatment plant with Rapid Gravity Filtration system (RGF) or sewage Treatment plant or septage treatment Plant or make well or Elevated service Reservoir / Ground storage Reservoir of capacity not less than 1.0 lakh litre. Additionally, the bidder should have annual financial turnover of not less than Rs. 362.72 Lakh (40% of the estimated cost including GST) in any one year in civil construction works during the last 5 years. The bidder should have a good working record of completion of works in time and should furnish a work completion certificate from an Engineer not below the rank of Executive/Superintending Engineer/equivalent in support of the work executed. The bidder should also have experience in laying of pipe or combination of any two or more, with a performance certificate from an appropriate authority. The value of the works completed should be at least Rs.768.47 Lakh. A weightage of 10% per year shall be given on the value of the completed work and annual turnover in the preceding years.
