The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing or substantially completing similar works, such as Water Supply Projects, during the last five to seven years. The experience criteria include: - Three similar completed or substantially completed works, each of value not less than 40% of the advertised cost of the work. - Two similar completed or substantially completed works, each of value not less than 50% of the average of the limit of the group. - One similar completed or substantially completed work of value not less than 80% of the advertised cost of the work. In terms of specific work experience, the bidder must have successfully carried out minimum quantities of the following work in any one project during the last Seven (7) years: - Metallic Pipeline: Procure, Lowering, Laying, Jointing, Testing and Commissioning of minimum length of DI/CI/MS pipeline, with specific requirements for different types of pipelines, such as: - Metallic DI/CI/MS ≥ 200mm: 2 km - Metallic DI/CI/MS ≥ 100 mm: 10 km - Pumping Station: Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Horizontal/Vertical Centrifugal Pumping Units of 80% capacity of the tendered equipment. - Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA): Experience of installation, commissioning of at least one SCADA based Water Supply distribution system/Water Treatment Plant/Sewage treatment plant/Sewerage network project. The bidder should have an average minimum annual turnover of 30% of the advertised cost of the work. The lead partner in a joint venture should have a financial capability of not less than 51% of the respective limits prescribed, while the second partner should have a lower limit of 26%. The available bid capacity of the bidder should be more than or equal to the advertised cost of the work. The bidder is required to submit details of works of similar nature completed or substantially completed during the last five years, including the name of the work, client/awarding authority, project cost, date of award, date of completion, and work done cost. The bidder must also submit a work order/contract document along with the completion/substantial completion certificate duly signed by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent rank for each claimed assignment/project. The cost of work completed and work completion percentage are to be provided, but no specific percentage is mentioned as a requirement. The bidder must submit award letters/letters of intent and certificates signed by an Executive Engineer or equivalent officer. In terms of performance security, 15% of the contract amount will be held, and this amount will be released in installments based on the successful completion of operation and maintenance works, with specific percentages released after the completion of each year of operation and maintenance: - 2% after the successful completion of the 1st year - 2% after the successful completion of the 2nd year - 3% after the successful completion of the 3rd year - 3% after the successful completion of the 4th year - 5% after the successful completion of the 5th year
