The bidder should have proven experience, expertise, and capabilities of successfully completing at least one similar nature of work in a single contract or part of work of any other project, anywhere in India with State or Central Government/ Autonomous body within the last 5 years prior to the date of issue of this NIET as prime Contractor in a single package or part package of similar nature of work. The bidder should have credential of 700 mm or above HDPE/MS drinking water pipeline in single short not less than 300 mtr. The bidder should have credential in similar nature of work anywhere in India in State or Central Government/ PSU within the last five years as prime Contractor in a single contract fulfilling the following criteria: - Intending tenderers should produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount in this tender during last five years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice; - Or, intending tenderers should produce credentials of 2 similar nature of completed work, each of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount in this tender during last 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice; - Or, intending tenderers should produce credentials of one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at (a) above. In case of running works, only those tenderers who will submit the certificate of satisfactory running work from the concerned Executive Engineer, or equivalent competent authority will be eligible for the tender. The bidder is required to have previously worked with the PHE Dte., Government of West Bengal and have no history of suspension/blacklisting. The bidder should have completed similar works. Average Annual Turnover during the last 3 years of not less than 90% of the estimated amount is required.
