The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Experience of project execution or contract of similar nature: The bidder should have experience of executing a project or contract of similar nature, with at least one component costing not less than Rs. 399.29 Lacs (15% of estimated cost). 2. Experience of pipeline work: The bidder should have experience of laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning of pipeline work, with a minimum length of 26401.40 meters. 3. Experience of O&M (Operation and Maintenance) of pipeline: The bidder should have experience of successful completion of O&M for at least 2 years of any type of pipeline, with a minimum length of 26401.40 meters. The value of similar works completed is mentioned as Rs. 399.29 Lacs, which is 15% of the estimated cost. Additionally, an additional weightage of 10% per year shall be given to the cost of executed projects to bring them to the current price level. The works which have been completed and commissioned during the last 7 years up to the date of submission of bid, though may have commenced earlier, shall be considered for experience purposes. The year of execution of any work shall be considered the financial year in which the work is completed and commissioned, and with the executed amount. The bidder should have experience of works related to water supply schemes/projects during the last 7 years up to the date of submission of bids. Specifically, the bidder should have experience in executing and successfully commissioning a similar work having at least one component, costing not less than an amount equal to Rs. 399.29 Lacs (15% of the estimated cost). The works which have been completed and commissioned during the last 7 years up to the date of submission of the bid shall be considered for experience purposes. The value of similar works completed and the percentage are found to be Rs. 399.29 Lacs and 15% respectively. The detailed monetary value is Rs. 399.29 Lacs.
