The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a certificate from a government organization for the work executed. The bidder should have experience in completing similar nature of work, including providing at least 750 nos Functional household tap connections & underground laying of at least 10.0 km pipeline (rising main/ distribution system) of (UPVC/HDPE 90 mm and above dia) for any drinking water supply project within the last 5 years. The completion of work should be supported by a completion certificate from the executing authority/ client not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ Divisional Engineer/ equivalent. The bidder must also have proven experience in construction of big dia Tubewell and OHR / CWR in the last five years. In terms of financial criteria, the bidder should have credentials in similar nature of work with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount in this tender during the last five years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice, or two similar nature of completed work, each of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount in this tender during the last five years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice, or one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at (a) above. The Average Annual Turnover during the last 3 years should be not less than 90% of the estimated amount. The estimated value is 1,02,69,027.17, and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is 2% of the estimated value.
