The Building Was Constructed In Two Phases, The Original Building In 1911 And A Large Addition In 1931-1932. executive Summary: the Project Scope Of Work Is To Provide An Updated And Improved Galley/kitchenette For The united States Marshals Service (usms) At The Edward T. Gignoux Federal Courthouse. The Work Will Consist Of The Removal And Replacement Of The Existing Floor Finishes And Cabinetry, As Well As The Inclusion Of Additional Cabinetry And The Relocation Of The Existing Floor/wall Mounted ‘ready’ Gun Safe. There Is Adequate Space To Perform The Renovation Work While Maintaining usms Access To The Adjacent Secure Cell Area; However, Close Coordination Between The contractor And Usms Personnel Will Be Required.
