Tulay Na Lupa, Labo, Camarines Norte. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Camarines Norte Now Invites Bids For The Completion Of 1,748 Sq.m. Two (2) Storey Building. Completion Of The Works Is Required 90 Cd.
